   To begin, Jeff worked around my schedule during the entire process. He scheduled our initial meeting after 5:00P during the workweek to and patiently took the time to clearly answer my litany of questions and explain various installation options based on our home, personal needs and budget. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase any particular set-up; instead I left our meeting feeling informed and knowledgeable about what options to consider. It is worth noting that Jeff executed the actual estimate with a follow up meeting on the weekend (again, working around my availability and schedule).
   Subsequent to our contract, the installation was efficient and professional. Thus far, the new units appear to be working flawlessly. I should also note that Jeff made it a point to follow-up after the installation was complete to check the installation personally.
