I had a great experience with Lanz. I was able to get a new furnace and air conditioner within my budget. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The installation went smoothly, safely, and cleanly. They installed some new duct work to help my system run more efficiently, and to reach some areas of the house that had previously been practically unheated. They showed me how to use everything, and called a couple of days later to make sure everything was ok. They even came back after two weeks to check over everything. I would absolutely recommend Lanz to anyone who needs work on their furnace or AC.

We recently had both our air conditioning and furnace replaced by Lanz Heating and Cooling. I was so satisfied with the quality and high level of service we received from Lanz that I felt it worthwhile to write a letter of overall commendation.
To begin, they worked around my schedule during the entire process. Lanz scheduled our initial meeting after 5:00P during the workweek to and patiently took the time to clearly answer my litany of questions and explain various installation options based on our home, personal needs and budget. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase any particular set-up; instead I left our meeting feeling informed and knowledgeable about what options to consider. It is worth noting that the technician executed the actual estimate with a follow up meeting on the weekend (again, working around my availability and schedule).
Subsequent to our contract, the installation was efficient and professional. Thus far, the new units appear to be working flawlessly. I should also note that the technician made it a point to follow-up after the installation was complete to check the installation personally.
I wish other contractors had the same professionalism and integrity that I experienced with your company. The entire experience was so gratifying that I will be sure to recommend Lanz Heating and Cooling to friends, co-workers and family without reservation.
