What is included in maintenance:
Furnace Maintenance Includes:
Checking heat exchangers, flues, changing filters, checking thermostat, flame sensor, blower and draft motor amps, drain lines, electrical connections, temp difference.
Air Conditioning Maintenance Includes:
Check charge (Freon) levels in unit, check contactor, capacitor, compressor amps, condenser disconnect box, whip, temperature check, change filters.
Geothermal Maintenance Includes:
Check compressor amps/volts, monitor refrigerant pressures, inspect refrigerant piping for vibration/rubbing, inspect condenser coil for cleanliness, check motor and bearings, inspect contactor condition, inspect reversing valve, check water pressures, check loop pumps, check water flow.
