I recently had an exceptional experience with Lanz Plumbing and couldn't be happier with their service. Two plumbers from their team came to my home to address a serious issue with my sewer line that was being blocked by tree roots. From the moment they arrived, they were insanely respectful, transparent, and professional.They took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on, how they would fix it, and even offered me a maintenance plan that I gladly signed up for. Not only were they skilled and knowledgeable, but they were also personable and engaging, making what could have been a stressful situation much more pleasant.On top of their outstanding service, Lanz Plumbing was incredibly affordable, which was a huge relief. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Trustworthy, friendly, and reasonably priced—Lanz Plumbing is simply the best!Edit to add: Billy and Holden came out to our home today and were amazing! Tree roots invaded our sewer line and the process was so easy and seamless! They were incredibly friendly and transparent throughout the entire process!!! 100/10! I will continue to always use Lanz!!

Very prompt and professional service with a reasonable price! Will and Nick did a thorough maintenance of our furnace and plumbing system. Gerald came the following Monday to reset the toilet and explained to me patiently what went wrong. All your staff are very professional and kind!

All three technicians that came solved my issues with complete accuracy. They explained what they were going to do and followed through with the repairs. They were very professional courteous as they were working. They cleaned up after the work was completed.
