Our tech was great. He definitely knew what he was doing. Courteous, respectful, and communicated what he saw and what he was doing. Very impressed with him. So much so that we decided to sign up for the service plan and also scheduled another service to replace our two bathroom and kitchen sinks this Friday. Yes it was priced more than we liked but it was not out of line compared to everyone else.

Lanz did amazing with installation for whole home water softener and under the kitchen sink Ro system, we also have maintenance service with Lanz. Lanz is doing excellent for taking care of community and always provides amazing services, we are very happy with services and always on track and work done is superior. I am so grateful for the services at Lanz. The office worker who took my call (Mary) was very helpful and accommodating, especially as I had an emergency that needed to be coordinated with other services. The plumber (Gerald) was right on time, clearly explained what he needed to do to address the problems , and was polite and helpful throughout the process. I asked someone for recommendations on Heating & Cooling Company and she immediately recommended me to try LANZ. I called them and Rich answered my phone and without asking a lot of questions or FBI- ing me, or asking ridiculous questions, he immediately dispatched the Joey who is well knowledgeable about what he was doing, The diagnosis came out that I needed a new water heater which I also was aware of the old age of my Water Heater because I have tried several repairs on it, and other companies were too exaggerated about the prices and all the dispatcher flat fees, very high for no big deal.The next day Joey and Kyle were ready with my new water heater and the insulation just took less than 2 hours. The two technicians Joey and Kyle are very knowledgeable, respectful, strong, clean, focused and above all, they educated me about the goodness of being LANZ customer and the free services which comes with it. My water heater was approved by the Inspector of Champaign Division and everything was well assembled. Within 24 hours, I had my Hot water back and enjoying every bit of it. Thank you so much for the great customer care service you showed.They (LANZ Company) made a follow up phone call to make sure everything is well and asking me the size of my Air filters so that they can drop them off. Am very happy!I 100% recommend this company. You will see it yourself.

My drainage was slowly getting worse and worse. My grandson flushed the toilet. Not only did it not go down, but started backing up into my tub! YUCK! I needed help asap! So I immediately called (Thursday evening after hours), and left a message. They called at 8a Friday to set up a time for them to come diagnose and fix it. They were here within an hour!! Come to find out there was and had been a deceased possum in my main line. They get an extra star for dealing with the horrible stench!! It was quite the job clearing it all out! At first 1 gentleman, and then a second came. The entire time I felt like this job was a priority to them. They communicated throughout…even with my autistic/adhd 9 year old grandson. Both men were extremely polite and informative. Exceptional customer service!!! Plus cleaned up the best they could, and gave me suggestions on how I should clean up what they couldn’t. Also replaced the 2 caps that were missing that’s allowed the possum to get in. The cost was fair and comparable. Best part…supporting a local small business. I highly recommend them. Absolutely phenomenal service in every way!

I thought my sewer line running to the city sewer was completely compromised and I was in a very peculiar situation. I had to work and my girlfriend was home. I just bought the home and I was thinking the worst. Shannon and Dedrick came out and camera inspected and could only get so far. There were many tree roots in the way and I had a company come out and try to clear them. Lanz had the right tools for the job and recommended I have them cable the line. I agreed to the estimate, and after cabling and inspecting they informed me that the line was completely clear. I only had one spot of the sewer that was compromised. My girlfriend told me they worked like a well oiled machine and had their methods down. It was decently pricey but they were extremely thorough. What I thought would end up being thousands was only hundreds, yet it was worth every penny. Wish I started with Lanz. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you guys again for my peace of mind!

This company worked wonderful with me today I had a leak that was attached to my garbage disposal. The man named Gerald came today. He fixed it repaired. It got me a new one. We had a leak inside of our water heater, and an employee from Lanz was promptly scheduled to come check it out. He was very thorough, and let us know it would be best to just replace the whole unit. Less than a week later they came and did the replacement. We then had some issues with water pressure and reached out to see if that could possibly be the result of our water being shut off. They sent someone out and got everything sorted for us. This technician, I believed named Sam, went above and beyond for us. Absolutely recommend Lanz and their services.

I am very happy with Lanz plumbing services. My garbage disposal broke last night and my sink was not draining. I called them this morning and they sent a plumber very quickly. The plumber I worked with was Sam and he was very competent and professional and did well in analyzing the problem, communicating the possible solutions, and fixing the issue once we agreed upon the solution. I will definitely call them again if I have any problems with my plumbing or my HVAC.

Had two other plumbers out to look at a sewer line backup and was told the line was broken and would need dug up and replaced. Lanz was able to cut out the roots blocking it and confirm the line was actually in good condition which saved me a ton of time and money. First time using them but I would strongly recommend, they were very professional and did a great job.

Quick repair to a leaky pipe! The workman found the problem and fixed it within 2 hours of my initial phone call!Another call a year later, quick service is a broken thermostat! The workman was very helpful, laid out options for repair and also helped with an unrelated problem with my humidifier. I still highly recommend them!Yet another year later they fixed my shower valve quickly. Still using them.

Lanz’s plumber Boston was good when he came today to do repair work. As always he’s polite. So the three stars here have nothing to do with his work today. Rather, it was the lazy plumber who had come to do “maintenance” a couple month before who had failed to explain how urgent were the repairs and the quote was misleading. Today the repairs turned out to be quite minor and totally proactive in nature. And the repairs cost us more than $500!!! Ty his’s ridiculous!

I called in the morning with an issue that a previous company failed to fix. They ha dme on the schedule for the day and we're put a few hours later. They listened to my concerns and were able to find the problem(the water intake for the boiler was clogged) The technician answered all my questions professionally and showed me things I didn't know. He also suggested a couple upgrades I could do to make the boiler more efficient. Even though the charge for coming out was more because how far I live, I will do business with them again

I moved here theee yeas ago . I tried to get a service hvac to come out and pm my unit. No luck. I tried several places. No one wanted to help. I saw a Lanz van drive by and chased him down the driver gave me contact information I called them and they came right out. Did a pm on my unit. Their dispatch was helpful and friendly. The tech was very knowable and very easy to deal with. I am happy to finally find them. First class company.
